Arkansas’ Henderson State University chemistry professors have been arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine in the college lab.
The accused, Terry Bateman, 45, and Bradley Rowland, 40, were detained on Friday for the manufacture of methamphetamine and the use of drug paraphernalia.
The students of the spoke out to the cops about their suspect on a chemistry lab being turned into a meth lab by these professors. Their doubt strengthened when a chemical spill closed the Arkansas college’s science building for three weeks.
Tina Hall, a spokeswoman for the Arkadelphia-based school says the accused have been on administrative leave since October 11. Three days earlier the building reopened on October 29 after the air was filtered by a company.
It is said that the accused got inspired by a character in the hit TV series “Breaking Bad”. In the series, a high school chemistry teacher is seen making methamphetamine.
